1. Copyright policy
Quillmerce respects intellectual property rights and expects users to upload and process only content they are authorised to use.
2. Notice of claimed infringement
A copyright owner or authorised agent may submit a notice to info@quillmerce.com with the subject “DMCA Notice.” The notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.
- Contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the sender is authorised to act for the copyright owner.
3. Counter-notification
If material is removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected user may send a counter-notification to info@quillmerce.com. It should include:
- The user’s physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and its former location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- The user’s name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court, together with acceptance of service from the original notifying party.
4. Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and in our discretion, we may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
5. Misrepresentations
Submitting a materially false infringement notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice.
