1. California privacy notice
This notice supplements the Quillmerce Privacy Policy and applies to California residents where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies.
2. Categories of personal information
Depending on how you interact with Quillmerce, we may collect identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, approximate geolocation derived from IP address, professional or employment-related information, account credentials, and inferences related to service usage.
3. Sources and purposes
We collect personal information directly from users, automatically from devices and services, from business customers that administer workspaces, and from service providers. We use the information to provide and secure the services, manage accounts and subscriptions, respond to requests, improve functionality, and meet legal obligations.
4. Disclosure
We may disclose the categories described above to service providers and contractors for hosting, security, analytics, communications, payments, support, and service operations. We may also disclose information as required by law or during a business transaction.
5. Sale and sharing
Quillmerce does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If a future practice constitutes “selling” or “sharing” under California law, we will provide the notices and opt-out methods required by law.

7. Submitting a request
Email privacy@quillmerce.com with the subject “California Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant account or interaction.
8. Verification and authorised agents
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect personal information. An authorised agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorisation and direct verification with the consumer.
9. Request metrics and updates
Where legally required, we will publish request metrics and update this notice at least annually.
